However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

On May 2015, the Defendant: (a) received a proposal from the general responsibility for the name of the organization operating the “Ababababbabbb,” which was known through the search of the gambling site at the Internet portal site; and (b) consented to the offer that the participant would take part of the money used for the gambling at the cost of receiving the premium; and (c) subsequently, conspired to open and operate the gambling for the purpose of profit-making with the staff of the organization operating the gambling in the name of the said general responsibility and the staff of the organization operating the gambling, including the said general responsibility.

The aforementioned name boxes, using a computer server at a remote place around that time, set up a website “Sababababide gambling”. From a French casino at a non-place within the Philippines, several game table bags are leased to enable “Ababab,” and several video cameras are installed in casino ceiling, game table, etc., and the Defendant sent “Sababab,” which was sent through smartphone-making apps from the total book of the above name to the Defendant’s online gambling site address, accessible ID and password, and the Defendant sent “Sababab” to C, from May 1, 2015 to December 150 of the same year, sent the above 2.6 billion won by using the above video phone number to the said account, and from around 2.6 billion won to December 150 of the same year, the Defendant deposited the above 3-600 million won amount of money into the above Internet website with the Defendant’s cambababab.

As a result, the Defendant opened a gambling place for the purpose of profit-making with the operating staff of the “Ababama Park” under the above name.
