1. The Defendants jointly share the delivery of real estate stated in the separate sheet from the Plaintiff and jointly do so to the Plaintiff 120,000.

Reasons

The Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement with F of the Defendants on February 7, 2015 with the term of KRW 120 million for the lease deposit as of April 2, 2017. On May 20, 2015, F of the Plaintiff’s death, inherited the real estate indicated in the separate sheet and the obligation to return the lease deposit, and the fact that the lease was terminated on April 2, 2019 after the first renewal of the lease was either disputed between the parties or recognized by the written evidence No. 1 and No. 2, the Defendants are obligated to pay the lease deposit at the same time with the delivery of the real estate listed in the separate sheet as sought by the Plaintiff.
