1. Around September 10, 2007, the Defendant made a false statement to the victim E that “A shall be repaid twice after the completion of the construction if the Defendant leased the construction cost of the construction to create a large video industrial complex in the Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Seoul, with the enforcement date of the construction company.”

However, the defendant did not carry out a construction project to create a video industrial complex and did not have any property or profit-making, so there was no intention or ability to repay the money borrowed from the victim.

The Defendant received KRW 3,00,000 from the above victim to the post office account in the name of the Defendant, and from around October 25, 2008 to around October 25, 2008, through the same method as shown in attached Table 1, the Defendant acquired the property of KRW 134,050,000 from the victim E in the same way as in attached Table 1, and acquired the victim’s BC credit card from the above victim from the above victim on December 26, 2007, and acquired the victim’s BC credit card from the above victim on December 26, 2007, and acquired the total amount of KRW 1,945,42 with the above credit card from around October 27, 2008 through the same method as shown in attached Table 2.

2. Around March 26, 2008, the Defendant made a false statement to the victim E that “If 42,000,000 won were to have a good building in the Chungcheongnam-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, the Defendant would have purchased the 7th and 8th floor of the building and participate in the singing room business.”

However, the defendant did not have any intention or ability to engage in singing business by purchasing buildings that are in the loyalty with no particular property.

The defendant, who belongs to this, receives KRW 10,000,000 in cash from the above victim's place, and transfers KRW 32,00,000 to a post office account under the name of the defendant on the same day.
