2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

A. On November 30, 2012, Defendant F Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “F”) entered into a concession agreement for G development projects with the content that: (a) Defendant FF Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “F”) newly built a G located in Busan District (hereinafter “G”) and Defendant F Co., Ltd. in Busan District for KRW 41.275 billion in total project cost; and (b) donated it to Busan Jin-gu and is granted operating rights to use and benefit from the project facilities for twenty (20) years (hereinafter “instant concession agreement”); (c) was designated by the head of Busan District Office on December 5, 2012 as the implementer of the instant project.

B. Defendant F delegated the sales business to Defendant E Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “E”), one of the investors in the instant concession agreement, and the operator of G to be constructed in the future, delegated the sales business regarding the sales facilities of the first or third floor underground floor in G. Defendant E, on June 12, 2013, delegated the sales business to the Go-gu Office Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Seoul”) for lease on behalf of others.

C. 1) The Plaintiffs concluded a lease agreement and pay down payment (1) each lease agreement with Defendant E as to each of the stores indicated in the “object” column as indicated below (hereinafter “each of the instant lease agreements”) on each of the dates indicated below, i.e., the date of conclusion of the contract, namely, the parcelling-out agency, and each of the instant lease agreements.

(2) Defendant E paid the down payment indicated in the table below. Defendant E paid the down payment, and Defendant E signed and sealed Defendant F’s name and seal on each of the instant lease agreements at the bottom of each of the instant lease agreements.
