손해배상(기)
1. The Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) paid KRW 3,00,000,000 to the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant) and its related amount from April 6, 2018 to January 14, 2020.
A principal lawsuit and a counterclaim shall be deemed simultaneously.
1. The facts under the basis of facts do not conflict between the parties, or may be acknowledged by taking into account the overall purport of the pleadings as a whole, as set out in Gap evidence Nos. 1, 2, 3, 7, 30, 32 and Eul evidence Nos. 3, 5, 7, 8, 20 (including branch numbers), and 3, 5, 7, 8, 20.
On September 12, 2016, the Plaintiff’s representative director C Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Company”) and the Defendant are either related to, or have only the principal contents of, the instant contract under the name of “content Business Agency Agreement”.
(hereinafter “the instant contract”) was concluded.
Article 1 (Purpose) The purpose of this Agreement is to determine the rights and obligations on both sides, and other matters, for the smooth circulation and sale of contents provided by the Company based on mutual trust.
Article 2 (Adjustment of Terms)
1. The term "content" means Onnuri services related to after-school courses;
4."Sales Agency" means any individual or corporation that sells its products.

(1) Recruitment and establishment of sales agencies, (2) management of business performance of sales agencies, (3) activation of sales agencies' business, and (4) Management of proceeds from sales of sales agencies and proceeds from sales, and attempted management under Article 4.
1. The Company provides content to meet the time of the Defendant’s sale.
2. The defendant's publicity and marketing for the sale of contents, and recruitment and establishment of sales agencies.
