1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 96,57,217 as well as KRW 15,00,000 among them, from November 15, 2017 to the day of full payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(However, ‘creditor' is considered as ‘Plaintiff', ‘debtor' as ‘Defendant', and it reduced the claim on the date of the first pleading. 2. Judgment by service by public notice (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
