1. The Defendant: (a) on October 2015, 2015, with respect to each of the Plaintiffs’ share of 1/2 of the area of 2,674 square meters and 3,768 square meters in Seopo-si.

Reasons

1. On October 10, 2015, the Plaintiffs indicated in the claim entered into a sales contract with F on behalf of the Defendant, and the Plaintiffs entered into such contract with the Defendant to purchase each land indicated in the order from the Defendant in KRW 91,30,000, and paid each of the remainder KRW 81,300,000 on October 10, 2015, and the remainder of KRW 81,30,000 on November 12, 2015. The Defendant failed to comply with the procedures for the registration of ownership transfer of each of the above land.
