However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. Violation of the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury) is a person engaged in driving a B rocketing car.

Around 03:15 on August 14, 2020, the Defendant driven the said car while under the influence of alcohol by 0.15%, and led the said car to proceed along one-lane distance from the long long distance distance of Seoul Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, along with one-lane.
