The judgment below

Examining the evidence duly adopted by the court of first instance, the court below’s determination that the court below found the Defendant guilty of assault and bodily injury among the facts charged of this case on the grounds as stated in its reasoning is justifiable, and contrary to what is alleged in the grounds of appeal, the court below did not err by exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence,

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
