1. The defendant's KRW 31,00,000 and about it, 5% per annum from January 21, 1997 to June 5, 2006 and June 6, 2006 to the plaintiff.

Reasons

1. On January 17, 1997, the Plaintiff borrowed KRW 31,00,00,00 to the Defendant on a due date as of January 20, 1997, but the Defendant did not repay it. However, the Plaintiff filed a lawsuit against the Defendant for a loan claim against Daejeon District Court 2006Kadan34715, which was given winning part of the same contents as the purport of the claim, but the Defendant did not repay it at all up to the date, and thus, filed the instant claim for extension of prescription.
