On May 10, 2013, at around 00:10, the Defendant took property benefits in front of the C church located in Nowon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, by means of not paying KRW 20,000,00 for the following taxi fares to the E box, as the Defendant was unable or willing to pay the taxi fares, but would normally pay the taxi fares.
