Punishment of the crime
On July 5, 2019, at around 15:00, the Defendant driven the 10km car at the 10k section from the Restrictions Stopon-gun’s written musical music to the 8-stopon line located in the northwest-gun of Gangwon-do, Gangwon-do, while under the influence of alcohol by 0.180% in blood alcohol concentration.
