A. D Religious Organization ECE Association (hereinafter “EM”) is an owner who completed the registration of ownership transfer with respect to the first real estate listed in the attached Table No. 1 (hereinafter “First Real Estate”) on June 24, 2011, and completed the registration of ownership preservation with respect to the second real estate listed in the attached Table No. 2 (hereinafter “second Real Estate”) on March 28, 2012.

B. As to the instant real estate Nos. 1 and 2, the registration of the establishment of a neighboring mortgage was completed on the ground of the contract concluded on March 28, 2012, 16058, which became the maximum amount of claims KRW 840,000,000, the debtor E branch of the debtor, and the National Federation of Fisheries Cooperatives for the establishment of a new mortgage.

C. On May 31, 2013, the National Federation of Collateral-Backed Family Associations filed an application for the auction of real estate (hereinafter “instant auction”) for the instant real estate Nos. 1 and 2 real estate with the Chuncheon District Court’s original support C, and the decision on commencing auction was made on June 3, 2013.

On June 2013, the Plaintiff is a creditor who acquired a claim and collateral security from the National Federation of Fisheries Cooperatives with respect to the E-Korean Federation.

E. On September 9, 2013, at the auction of the instant case, Defendant B filed an application for each right report and demand for distribution, alleging that part of the instant real estate No. 1, and the Defendant A filed an application for part of the instant real estate No. 2 as a lessee.

The details of a lease contract and demand for distribution shall be as follows:

1) The leased real estate on January 20, 2012, among the immovable property in this case, on the second floor of 101.76 square meters: The lease period of 25,000,000 won from January 20, 2012 to January 20, 2014 (the date of house delivery) on the move-off of the fixed date on December 14, 2012 from May 20, 2013 to May 20, 2013: the leased real estate on April 12, 2012 from among the immovable property in this case, on the second floor of 121.8 square meters from the date of the lease in this case (the date of house delivery) on the move-off of the fixed date on January 20, 2012 to the date of the lease in this case (the date of two houses, toilets 1, warehouse 1) on the move-off of the fixed date on April 21, 2012.
