Litigation costs shall be borne by the plaintiff.

A. The Plaintiff is a person who establishes and operates a C convalescent Hospital (hereinafter “instant hospital”) in Gyeyang-gu Incheon Metropolitan City.

B. The Defendant conducted an on-site investigation of the instant hospital (hereinafter “on-site investigation”) around November 2016, and on October 23, 2017, the Plaintiff: (a) reported to the National Health Insurance Corporation for the purpose of providing nursing services for inpatients 10 to 3rd quarter of 20 years; (b) on the ground that the Plaintiff was unfairly 10 to 16th quarter of 20,000,000 won for the first quarter of 10 to 16th quarter of 20,000 won for the first quarter of 20,000 won for the first quarter of 20: (c) the Plaintiff was unfairly 16th quarter of 20,000 won for the first quarter of 20,000 won for the first quarter of 17th 20,000 won for the first quarter of 16th 20,000 won for the first quarter of 16th 20,016.
