1. Forgery of private documents;

A. A. Around July 1, 2008, the Defendant: (a) drafted a “certificate of lease”, which is a material necessary to undergo an examination of real estate mortgage loan from the Ansan Saemaul Bank, in the “E Real Estate Office” operated by the Defendant in Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu; (b) entered “F 202,” “G” in the owner’s column, “C” in the leased section column, “C” in the lessee’s column, “C” in the deposit column, “F million won,” and “M million won” in the monthly rent column, and affixed C’s seal arbitrarily affixed to C’s name.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising a certificate, the Defendant forged one copy of the lease certificate in C name, which is a private document related to a certificate of fact.

B. While preparing the “lease Certificate” at the above date, time, and place, the Defendant, using a verification-type pen, and affixed H’s seal attached to the location of real estate in the column of the location of real estate, “F 402, Seo-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, Seo-gu, and in the owner column,” “G,” “A lessee column,” “H,” “F 0,000,000 won in the column of deposit,” and “F H’s seal attached to the monthly rent column, which had been arbitrarily sealed to H’s name.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising, the Defendant forged a lease certificate in the name of H, which is a private document concerning a certificate of fact.

C. While preparing the “lease Certificate” in the above date, at the above location, the Defendant, using a verification-type pen, entered the “Lease Certificate” as “F 501, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Daejeon Metropolitan City,” “The owner column,” “501,” “The lessee column,” “I, “F 50,000,000 won in the column,” “F 501,000 won in the monthly rent column,” and affixed the I’s seal.

Accordingly, the defendant is a private document concerning a certificate of fact for the purpose of uttering.
