Accordingly, the defendant published false facts on academic background for the purpose of winning the election.

The Defendant who published false facts, such as “the chief executive officer of H University completed the two-year course,” etc., with the exception of the regular academic background and other academic background completed in a foreign educational course equivalent thereto, at the entrance of the I apartment, and in the case of inserting the academic background.
