1. The Plaintiff:
A. Defendant B delivers a building listed in Annex 1 List 1;
B. The defendant C shall list the annexed sheet 1.
1. In full view of the purport of the entire pleadings as to the entries in the evidence Nos. 1 through 14, the facts constituting the cause of the claim No. 2 may be acknowledged;
2. According to the above facts of recognition, ① Defendant B is obligated to deliver the real estate listed in Annex 1 List No. 1 pursuant to Article 81(1) of the Act on the Maintenance and Improvement of Urban Areas and Dwelling Conditions for Residents, and ② Defendant C is obligated to deliver the real estate listed in Annex 1 List No. 2 pursuant to Article 81(2) of the same Act, the Plaintiff’s claim
3. We decide to accept each of the claims against the Defendants by the Plaintiff. It is so decided as per Disposition.
