Defendant shall be punished by a fine of seven million won.
If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.
Punishment of the crime
On November 19, 2008, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 1 million for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving), and KRW 3 million for the same crime on May 7, 2012.
On February 12, 2016, the Defendant driven a B rac car in the state of alcohol alcohol concentration of about 0.089% from the 1km section from the front of the Dong-dong post office located in Gu-si, Si-si, Si-si to the long-distance of the Dong-dong square.
