Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person who operated a business establishment similar to "E" under the jurisdiction of Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D.
1. From June 5, 2013 to June 19:00, the Defendant violated the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc. (the Act on the Punishment of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc.) provided three female employees, including F, G, H, etc., with five indoor rooms and one waiting room in approximately 20 stores from June 5, 2013 to about 19:00, and provided them with 35,000 won in return for the act of similarity by male customers I, J, etc. and provided them with an indoor room, and then, the said female employees provided them with similarity in a way of leading them to an assessment of their sexual organ and hand.
Accordingly, the defendant committed commercial sex acts such as arranging commercial sex acts.
2. On June 20, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 19:00, at the above “E” around June 20, 2013, brought the body of K into the floor by putting the body on the inside room in order to capture the sexual traffic site being carried out by K, a policeman belonging to the Living Order System of the Seoul Yeongdeungpo-gu Police Station, who was living in the said room, who was pretended to be a guest.
Accordingly, after K notified the Defendant that he was a police officer in the process of raising a police officer's card, he again brought the Defendant into the forced floor by putting the k's hand, chest, etc. on the inside room. On the other hand, K continued to put the k's breast, etc. on the inside room, the Defendant was tightly pushed off the K's breast, etc. by his body, and around 3-4 times thereafter, by putting the k's breast, k's hand, k's hand, etc. on the above method, thereby hindering the police officer's legitimate execution of duties concerning the control of sexual traffic.
