The defendant's appeal is dismissed.
1. The summary of the grounds for appeal (misunderstanding of facts and misapprehension of legal principles) was not committed against the Defendant, and thus, the Defendant should be acquitted. However, the lower court erred by misapprehending the facts and misapprehension of legal doctrine in determining otherwise.
2. On the other hand, according to the evidence duly adopted and examined by the court below, the defendant could fully recognize the fact that the defendant interfered with the victim's work as stated in the judgment below, and there is no error of law by misunderstanding the legal principles for the same reasons as the judgment of the defendant's defense counsel in the judgment below.
3. As such, the defendant's appeal is dismissed on the ground that it is without merit.
