1. On December 21, 2016, the Defendant: (a) driven BM3 automobiles while under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.05% at a distance of about 300 meters from the front of the post office located in the Nam-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, Seoul Metropolitan City, to the front road of the light apartment complex located in the same Gu/Eup/Myeon in the same Gu, at the time of spreading around 22:00 on December 21, 2016.

2. The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a vehicle BM3 in violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents.

On December 21, 2016, the Defendant driven the said car under the influence of alcohol, as described in paragraph 1 of around 22:05, and driven the said car along the three-lane road in front of the light apartment site located in the south-gu Seoul metropolitan area at the port of port along the intersection between the intersection and the intersection of the Eup/Myeon office on the same day.
