1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 50,00,000 and 2% per month from June 3, 1996 to September 23, 2006 and September 24, 2006. < Amended by Presidential Decree No. 19508, Sep. 24, 2006>

Reasons

1. On April 3, 1996, the Plaintiff borrowed KRW 50 million to the Defendant. On October 4, 2006, the Plaintiff filed a loan claim lawsuit against the Defendant and won the judgment. However, on the other hand, the Plaintiff failed to receive payment up to the date, thereby resulting in the instant lawsuit again for the interruption of extinctive prescription.
