Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.
If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.
Punishment of the crime
On January 20, 2013, at around 14:00, the Defendant: (a) obstructeded a ticket counter in front of the ticket counter in the D basin in Daegu Northern-gu, Daegu Northern-gu; and (b) took up the labor force in a flag, “I have drawn up the flag with people. I will not see.” (b) E (36) who is a railroad worker working in the said station, was different, and was sprinked by hand over several times to stop this.
As a result, the Defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties concerning the management and maintenance of order of railroad facilities E, who are railroad workers.
