Punishment of the crime
Around 02:00 on May 5, 2015, the Defendant committed an act of disturbance in neighboring areas, such as talking with a large amount of ten minutes at the front parking lot of Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government “D” with a large interest of ten minutes.
