On December 5, 2016, the respondent's revocation of the eligibility to participate in competitive tendering process open only to small and medium enterprises and limitation of the acquisition of the eligibility to participate in the competitive tendering process for six months shall be suspended until this Court's judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Reasons

According to the applicant's explanation materials, it is recognized that the execution of the above disposition requires urgent measures to prevent irrecoverable damage to the applicant, and the suspension of execution is not likely to have a significant impact on the public welfare, and it is so decided as per the Disposition.
