1. Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) B: (a) KRW 71.9 million against the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant) and its related thereto from October 11, 2012 to October 16, 2014.
1. Common facts concerning the counterclaim;
A. On December 18, 2006, Defendant C (Co., Ltd. E) was established to operate a golf product sales business, etc., and the place of business was relocated to Daejeon Seo-gu H building while operating a golf product sales store at the G University Art Center located in Seo-gu Daejeon, Daejeon. On January 6, 2009, the above building owner I leased the two floors of the above building from the above building owner I with a deposit money of KRW 50 million, monthly rent of KRW 2.5 million, monthly rent of KRW 2.5 million, and the lease period of the above building for two years from March 2, 2009.

On January 11, 2009, through Defendant B, the representative director of Defendant C Co., Ltd., who was the Plaintiff’s wife, the Plaintiff was using a screen golf practice room to run the business site.
