2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

On March 10, 2008, the Plaintiff concluded an insurance contract with the content that guarantees hospitalization expenses, medical expenses, etc. (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”) with Defendant B and the insured Defendant A on March 10, 2008.

On March 22, 2008, Defendant A received hospital treatment (hereinafter “instant hospital treatment”) for KRW 1,843 days in total, until December 15, 2016, under the name of Huluri, Maduri, Maduri, Maduri, Madung, Madung, Madung, Madung, etc. (hereinafter “instant contract”). Under the insurance contract of this case, Defendant A received KRW 80,865,131, including daily hospitalization, from the Plaintiff as insurance proceeds.

From December 29, 2006 to December 26, 2014, the insurance contracts that the Defendants concluded with the Plaintiff et al. are as listed in the following table:
