1. The Defendant in violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents is a person who is engaged in driving freight vehicles C in salary class.

On September 11, 2014, the Defendant driven the above cargo without obtaining a driver's license on September 14:43, 201, and proceeded at a speed of about 50km per hour from the long distance to the 119 Safety Center in writing at the speed of about 119km in front of the west-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Seocheon-gun.
