The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

Reasons

1. The summary of the facts charged was around 00:20 on June 20, 2019, the Defendant: (a) reported that D (the age of 42) who is a customer at the center of “C” located in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City “C” (hereinafter “C”); and (b) assaulted the victim E (the age of 55) who is the seat of D, once he/she drinking the defective victim’s return.
