80 million won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

The Defendant: (a) illegally allowed persons of Vietnam’s nationality to enter the Republic of Korea; and (b) divided consideration into two parts; (c) one name “E”, “F”, “E”, “V”, “V”, the role of recruiting persons who enter Vietnam; (d) upon receiving money and valuables from the aforementioned persons of Vietnam’s Brazil, and (c) was to establish a plan to transport the Republic of Korea using the vessel of smuggling transferred from them; (c) Defendant is to secure vessels necessary for transporting smugglings into the Republic of Korea; and (d) Defendant is to lease vessels necessary for transporting smugglings into the Republic of Korea and to recruit captains and crews; and (e) agreed to have Vietnam enter the Republic of Korea collectively in order by taking charge of transporting the vessel necessary for transporting smugglings into the Republic of Korea; and (e) to have them enter the Republic of Korea illegally.

Around early 2015, the Defendant received 200 U.S. dollars 80,000 from D, which was the proposal of Vietnam, to illegally enter the Republic of Korea. D around March 17, 2015, received 200 U.S. dollars 12,000 for each person on the condition that 250 U.S. dollars 12,00 for each person is on board the vessel departing from Vietnam and departing from Korea and illegally enter the Republic of Korea, and received 80,000 U.S. dollars 12,00 for each person on the condition that 250 U.S. dollars were on the part of the contract deposit.

On the other hand, on February 2015, the Defendant instructed C to prepare for vessels necessary for smuggling at the French coffee shop located in the middle-gu Busan Central dong, and discovered vessels necessary for smuggling by himself. C was in contact with ship's slabs and 300 tons that can navigate from the middle-gu Central dong to Vietnam. As the contact with the Defendant was cut down, the Defendant was in contact with the Vietnam Brer to gather the way of smuggling.
