2. Judgment by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).

The statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings for Partial Dismissal (amended by Presidential Decree No. 26553, Sep. 25, 2015; effective October 1, 2015) and Article 2(2) of the Addenda thereto are recognized only as damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from the date following the delivery date of the complaint in this case to the date of full payment, which is after October 1, 2015, pursuant to Article 2(2) of the Addenda. The claim for the portion in excess shall be dismissed.
