1. The Defendant’s KRW 50,000,000 and the Plaintiff’s annual interest thereon from September 3, 2004 to February 24, 2015.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(2) The applicable provisions of Article 208(3)1 and Article 257 of the Civil Procedure Act shall be deemed to be the “Plaintiff” and the “debtor”, respectively.
