1. The defendant's KRW 22,500,000 and about this, 5% per annum from January 23, 2020 to August 27, 2020, and the following.

3. Parts cited: 15,00,000 won for purchase of secondhand cars, and C lease expenses, 7,500,000 won for middlehand cars.
4. The portion dismissed: 4,365,520 won and other loans 10,00,000 won and 10,000,000 won and 14,365,520 won are not sufficient to acknowledge that the plaintiff lent the above 14,365,520 won to the defendant only with the result of the party principal examination against the plaintiff, and there is no other evidence to prove otherwise.
