The defendant does not pay the above fine.

On February 2, 2012, the Defendant: (a) Haman, at the coffee shop located in Busan Jung-gu, Busan; (b) made a solicitation to conduct large-scale smuggling import by forging the bags, etc. on which a fake trademark is attached in the middle-gu, Busan; and (c) made a solicitation to practice large-scale smuggling import by means of a disguised transshipment freight; (d) in China, E recruited counterfeit goods from the Republic of Korea to purchase and ship them in China; (e) D and C, as if they were the bonded transportation in the Republic of Korea, were disguised goods, were transported in Korea; and (e) the Defendant took charge of the role of transporting forged goods at the request of D and C to transport them to F by saving the vehicle and warehouse; and (e) the Defendant takes charge of delivery of counterfeit goods to E in accordance with the list of real owners sending them after taking over counterfeit goods.
