Accordingly, the Defendant conspired with E to sell philophones.

B. (1) On February 2013, the Defendant administered philophones by inserting approximately 0.03g of philophones into a single-use injection machine, melting by using clophones into the Defendant’s arms bloodline, and making the Defendant injection into the Defendant’s arms.

(2) On February 2, 2013, the Defendant administered approximately 0.05 g of phiphonephones in the guest room on the 8th floor in the GJ of Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, in the above manner.

(3) At around 22:00 to 23:00 on March 6, 2013, the Defendant administered approximately 0.05g of philophones in the guest room on the eight-storys, and administered them in the above manner.

2. Defendant B

A. Even if the Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, the Defendant is called Tampia, which is contained in a small vinyl paper from A before D located in Suwon City at the early 04:00 on February 2, 2013, even though he is not a person handling narcotics.
