2. The plaintiff (Counterclaim defendant) shall be the opposing defendant.

On April 5, 2013, the Plaintiff newly built a shower room of the second floor on the land outside Daegu-gun, and a factory attached facilities that form the first floor parking lot on the land outside Daegu-gun, and awarded a contract to the Defendant for the construction of expanding the main gate (hereinafter “instant contract”). The content of the instant contract is as follows.

Article 1 [a summary of the Construction Work] 1: 2. The date scheduled for commencement of the Construction Work: B and 3 lots of land except for B: 1: the date scheduled for completion of the Construction Work: 30 days (excluding the amount of the Construction Work) from the date of commencement of the Construction Work: 57 million won; 3. The remainder of 51.3 million won (within 25 days after commencement of the Construction Work); 4, 570,000 won (payment within 10 days) and 3.5,000 won (payment within 10 days after completion of the Construction Work); 2.5,000 won (payment within 10 days after completion of the Construction Work); 3.5,00 won (payment within 10 days after completion of the Construction Work); and 3.5,000 won (payment within 10 days after completion of the Construction Work); and 2.5,000 won for delay to the Plaintiff; 2.3,016.
