1. The crimes listed in paragraph (4) of the judgment below are four months of imprisonment with prison labor for each of the crimes listed in paragraphs (1) through (3) of the judgment of Defendant A.
Punishment of the crime
On February 5, 2014, Defendant A was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one year on April 17, 2014 by imprisonment with prison labor for a crime of obstructing the performance of special official duties in the Southern Branch of the Gwangju District Court, and the judgment became final and conclusive on April 5, 2014.
Defendant A is a person who operates the Maritime Transportation Business Group F in the Gun E in the south of 2015.

2. On December 20, 2013, Defendant A exercised a forged official document license at the above F Office by means of transmitting it to the head of H Safety Team J in Jeju Island at the H Safety Team J division.
3. Defendant A violated the Ship Personnel Act, on January 2014, 2014, operated the said I over 15 times from around 12km to January 2014 to January 2014, 2014, with a 6rd class mate’s license as above, in a section of approximately 12km in the construction site of the Gangseo-gu Village Naval Base in Seopo-si, Seopo-si, Seopo-si, Seopo-si, Seopo-si, Seopo-si.
Accordingly, the defendant served as a ship's personnel without obtaining recognition of qualification for serving aboard ship.
