Punishment of the crime
On May 12, 2012, at around 16:35, the Defendant driven a B-to-purd vehicle under the influence of alcohol by 0.171% of blood alcohol concentration at approximately 50 meters, such as: (a) the Defendant straightened 20 meters away from the roads adjacent to LG electronics in Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, to the 20 meters away from the roads adjacent to the same Ri; and (b) the Defendant turns back 30 meters back from the back to the reverse direction.
