If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

1. Around 23:50 on May 23, 2012, the Defendant driven a B observer car from approximately 500 meters away from the Han River Station near the Han River Station in Ansan-si to the road before the 638th day of the same month.

2. The Defendant in violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents is a person who is engaged in driving a B observer car.

On May 23, 2012, the Defendant driven the above car at around 23:50, and proceeded to turn to the left one way among the four-lanes in the direction of the sex test distance from the Han River basin where the Han River distance 638 is located in Ansan-si, Ansan-si.

At night, it was difficult at the time, and because the signal is an intersection with a signal, a person engaged in driving service has a duty of care to safely proceed in accordance with the signals by properly examining the entire course.

Nevertheless, the part of the driver's seat in front of the driving car operated by the defendant is shocked with the part of the driver's seat of the car driven by the victim C (the age of 23) who is driving on the right side of the way by negligence in violation of the signal.
