1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.
(a) deliver the buildings listed in the separate sheet;
(b) KRW 1,800,000 and for this, March 2017.
Reasons
1. The description of the claim is as shown in the annexed sheet of claim.
2. The Plaintiff partially dismissed the Plaintiff’s claim for damages for delay in excess of the interest rate of 20% per annum from the day after the delivery date of the duplicate of the instant complaint to the day of complete payment. However, the statutory interest rate under the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings is 15% per annum.
3. Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of Acts;
