1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 500,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from September 12, 2018 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(2) Articles 208(3)1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act (Judgment without Oral Pleadings) shall apply to the Plaintiff, the creditor, and the debtor.
