[Criminal Power] On May 11, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for one year and six months with prison labor for the obstruction of performance of official duties in the Dong branch of the Busan District Court. On September 2, 2017, the Defendant completed the execution of the sentence in the Busan Correctional Institution.

【Criminal Facts】

1. On October 31, 2018, the Defendant suffered special injury to the victim B (the age of 42) on the part of the Defendant: (a) around 17:10 on October 31, 2018, on the part of the Defendant: (b) in the “D” located in the Busan District captain C, for drinking alcohol with the victim B (the age of 42) who is an employee; (c) in the course of drinking alcohol with the victim’s head; (d) carried the victim’s head head collection on the table; (e) carried the victim’s head collection on the table; and (e) took the victim’s head and shoulder by drinking the victim’s head and shoulder; and (e) carried the victim’s head on one occasion on the part of the beer’s head, which is a dangerous thing in the beer box, and (e) inflicted an injury on the victim, such as open head and body

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and inflicted an injury on the victim.

The Defendant suffered special injury to the victim E (V) at the time and place of the above Paragraph (1) above, as seen above, was removed from the victim E (W, 58 years of age), the president of the above “D”, and was able to take the head of the victim’s head by hand and walking the victim’s body once, with his hand, when the victim’s face was taken one time with his hand, and her head and shouldered the beer, which is a dangerous thing that had been contained in the beer box, and caused the victim’s injury, such as the number of days of treatment, by taking the head and shoulder of the victim’s head and shoulder.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and inflicted an injury on the victim.
