1. The Defendant (Counterclaim Defendant) Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant) KRW 52,378,124, and KRW 3,000,000 to Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant) and each of the above costs.
A principal lawsuit and a counterclaim shall be deemed simultaneously.
Basic Facts
Plaintiff A was treated as a party in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Daejeon District University Hospital (hereinafter “Defendant Hospital”) located in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Daejeon. Plaintiff B is his spouse, and Defendant is the operator of Defendant Hospital and the employer of Defendant Hospital.
