The defendant does not pay the above fine.

The Defendant, in consultation with D, E, and F, purchased waste scrap metal from the refining company, electrical cable company, construction site construction business entity, etc., and caused D to establish G in the process of selling the chemical metal company (hereinafter referred to as “fire metal”), and issued a false tax invoice to E (the representative director from around August 3, 2012 to around October 25, 2012), F (the representative director from around October 26, 2012 to May 7, 2013) with the aim of establishing and operating the I (hereinafter referred to as “I”) for the purpose of establishing and operating the scrap metal business with only a place of business in Busan Gangseo-gu, Busan, for the purpose of selling it.

1. Joint offenses with E;

A. On October 22, 2012, the Defendant received a false tax invoice in the K coffee shop in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, without being supplied goods or services. Notwithstanding the fact, the Defendant received from G a false tax invoice equivalent to KRW 87,342,80 of the supply price as if he/she was provided with “A Dong, cand, Dong, and sub-Dong” from G, and received a false tax invoice of KRW 434,627,550 of the supply price in six times from October 25, 2012, from that time until October 25, 2012, as indicated in the attached list of crimes (1).

B. According to the aforementioned public offering, the Defendant issued three false tax invoices in an amount equivalent to KRW 88,071,250 in total of the value of supply as if he/she supplied goods or services to the chemical metal, from that time to October 24, 2012, at a place where it is difficult for E to know the place on October 22, 2012, and the fact that he/she did not exist that he/she supplied goods or services, and issued three false tax invoices in an amount equivalent to KRW 436,597,50 in total of the value of supply via three times, as shown in the list of crimes (2) in the attached Table, from that time.
