1. Basic facts
A. The Defendant is a seller of multi-households newly built and sold 24 households G multi-households (hereinafter “multi-households in this case”) on the land of Kugdong-gu D, E, and F. The Defendant is a completion company of the multi-households in this case.
B. On November 2, 2011, the Defendant and Chungcheong Construction Division, Plaintiff A entered into a sales contract with 25 square meters in lots, 197,50,000 square meters in lots, and 54.11 square meters in lots, 26.97 square meters in public use area, 9.83 square meters in service area, and Plaintiff B entered into a sales contract with 21 square meters in lots, 165,90,000 in lots, and 44.65 square meters in lots (13.51 square meters in lots), 22.35 square meters in public use area (6.73 square meters), and 00 square meters in service area (20 square meters in lots) with respect to 401 multi-household operation of this case on October 1, 2011.
