1. The plaintiff's appeal and the claim extended in the trial are all dismissed.

The reasoning for the court’s explanation concerning this case is as stated in the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance, except where the court stated “No. 19” in No. 6 of the judgment of the court of first instance as “No. 31”, and therefore, it cited it in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.
2. Thus, the plaintiff's claim of this case against the defendants of this case shall be dismissed as it is without merit, and the judgment of the court of first instance which dismissed the remaining claim except for the extended claim in the trial is just in conclusion. Thus, the plaintiff's appeal and the claim extended in the trial are dismissed as it is without merit.
