Punishment of the crime
On October 25, 2015, at around 22:55, the Defendant driven a balp-hurbed vehicle from the front side of each month of Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju to the front road of the 40 GG Saemaul Saemaul Savings Bank, the same Gu Pulbro 40m from approximately 2 km to the front side of the Fulpam Savings Bank, while under the influence of alcohol content of 0.101%.
