Reasons
This court's reasoning is as stated in the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance, except where "written evidence Nos. 1, 2, and 3" of No. 14 of the judgment of the court of first instance is "written and video No. 1 through 4". Thus, this court's reasoning is identical to that of the judgment of the court of first instance.
Therefore, the judgment of the court of first instance is legitimate, and the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
