1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 31,434,550 as well as KRW 30,151,890 among them, from June 24, 2020 to the day of full payment.
Comprehensively taking account of the purport of the entire arguments as to Gap evidence Nos. 1 and 2, the plaintiff extended a loan of KRW 48,00,000 to the plaintiff on November 3, 2017 with a maturity of KRW 18.4% per annum, interest rate of arrears rate of KRW 27.9% per annum, and interest rate of KRW 27.9% per annum, and the defendant lost its interest due to the failure to repay the principal and interest on two occasions from May 1, 2020. Thus, the defendant is liable to pay the plaintiff damages for delay calculated with interest rate of KRW 30,151,890 per annum and interest rate of KRW 30,151,890 until June 23, 2020 and interest rate of KRW 1,229,260, KRW 53,500 per annum and interest rate of KRW 30,151,890 per annum from June 24, 2020.
The plaintiff's claim of this case is reasonable, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
