1. The defendant shall pay 35,00,000 won to the plaintiff and 20% per annum from March 10, 2005 to the day of full payment.

Reasons

1. The plaintiff, on November 7, 1994, leased KRW 35,000,000 to the defendant on December 16, 1994 as due date, and on May 4, 1995, the repayment period of KRW 35,000,000 was determined on May 30, 1995, and the Seoul Northern District Court Decision 2005Da5864 decided on May 30, 1995. However, the decision of the Seoul Northern District Court 2005Da5864 decided on May 30, 199, the plaintiff claimed KRW 35,000,000 for the extension of the prescription period as well as damages for delay (Article 208(3)1 of the Civil Procedure Act).
